Results of Questionaire.

I printed off twenty of my questionaires and handed them out. The Results are :

For the masthead of the magazine: The second option.
For the title of the band : The second option too.

The magazine follows the typical cnventions of the other magazines i have looked at. For example they have only used three fonts, three colours, and two to three font sizes. The layout isfairly straight forward too. They only have one image on the front, with the article about the people runing over them. They also have the free giveaways advertised as well. The colours they have used all follow the sterotypical "hard rocker" image. They give the connotation (along with the image of them) that they are used to the music they produce as the clothes they are wearing sugest that they have been in the business for some time, and they dont care what people think about them, by the way they dress or the way they come across.

contents page to go with perliminary task

Here is my contents page to go with my front cover i published in an earlier blog.
To make the page look more like a contents page, it could have kept the same background colours as the cover page. I could have possibly put more pictures, of articles in the magazine.

Here is my perlimenary work.

Improvements to the page could be to have a different font and colour to advertise the feature article. I could possibly put a border around the main photo on the page, and a drop shadow on the title of the magazine, just to make it stand out more.
